Step 1: Create A Lead List
Explained: Lead lists are created so that you can organize all of your leads into individual data sets. You can quickly create custom fields to match any new list you create. Simply add the custom fields you want to collect on the list and hit submit!
Step 2: Set Up An Integration
Explained: An integration is a place where you will either get leads from, or send leads to. If there’s an app you don’t see or would like to connect with, let our team know with an email: admin@sendleads.com
“Webhook / API” option is a way to send leads out to a custom API or destination. This is connected to the destination in the “Outgoing” that you create.
You will want to create an integration for every source or partner that you want to get leads from, or send leads to.
Step 3: Set Up An Incoming
Explained: When you create an “Incoming”, you are creating the ability to automate leads into a list from a 3rd party. You choose the integration and which list you want the leads to go into.
* Note: If you selected integration is a webhook, there will be webhook details (API) inside of the “Incoming” details after created.
Step 4: Set Up An Outgoing
Explained: An outgoing is when you decide to send leads from a list to an outside destination. This could be to a CRM, ESP or any place or system you want to connect leads to. You get to choose if you’re sending existing leads in your list, real time leads, future leads or specific date ranges. You’ll also get to select filters, validation, lead pacing and other options to send the perfect lead.
